About Us

Student Code Alliance is a non-profit organization mobilizing our youth to create socially-impactful software. Teaching online programming lessons seven days a week to students K-12 across the globe, our novel approach to teaching focuses solely on a practical application of skills over raw theory. Our organization gives students the opportunity to innovate through our hackathons and outreach events, while teaching them the essence of learning how to learn. Started by students in New Jersey, we aim to equip future generations with skills in technology with a social lens. We are focused on large-scale social justice in technology projects such as initiating hackathons for social issue awareness and establishing a connection of computer science clubs at schools across the nation as our key projects.
